So what's the verdict on the game? Anyone playing? I just picked up the PS3 version but I'm at work until 4pm. The reviews are 8/10 and higher. What are your thoughts? Is it worth opening or should I return it? I don't have any people on my buddy list who'll buy this game, unfortunately :( I hear you should play with people you trust so they don't grab the rare loot and leave the game.
I think I'm getting carpal tunnel from gaming and too much PC use. Sometimes my ring and pinky finger on my left hand get tingly. My wrists hurt at times and I have started wearing a brace on my right wrist.
All games have some glitches. I don't think they need to point them out. I saw snow falling through the roof of a building, but it wasn't a big deal.
GT5 will be the first racing game I ever buy.

They don't even comment on the graphics of 360/PS3 comparatively.
This review really lowered my expectations of the game. I may just wait to purchase Borderlands after reading. I don't like the idea of visibly respawning enemies or the way the review states that the health meters just sort of whittle away without much to see. :(
I own a PS3 and PSP. It's not as though I have something against Sony. Quit making stuff up. I have no reason to be hurt by people thanking Sony for games.

I don't think fanatical is the word. They're just extremely appreciative, that's all. I am also, btw. I love my PS3 phat.
Well, I wasn't expecting these good scores. I was thinking it would average about 7.5. Looks like I was wrong. I'm sort of surprised with Gearbox's track record of "average" scoring games.
I'm picking up my copy at 10am.
Sheesh, tough crowd. So Sony developed the PS3 and whatnot. Maybe they should also be thanked, but I still think the developer should get the thank yous, even ND is first-party. *shrug*

Sony didn't develop those games, they only published them. Why thank the publisher and not the hard working people who actually created those games?
I dunno........ I will buy this game tomorrow, however I'm still stuck on random weapon generation. It sounds like a cop out to create a game with the most weapons.
My question is, if you get a REALLY good randomly generated weapon, what are the odds that someone else's game will randomly generate the same powerful weapon?
